Craig Jerabeck
President and CEO
Mr. Jerabeck has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GLOBALINX® since inception. Prior to GLOBALINX®, Mr. Jerabeck founded @Wireless Enterprises Inc., a 78-unit franchisor of retail wireless stores which achieved annual revenues of $38 million. Prior to @Wireless, he founded and served as President of Cellular Unlimited Corporation which built and operated 23 retail stores in New York and Massachusetts. Cellular Unlimited was sold in December 1997 to Let’s Talk Cellular & Wireless. Prior to Cellular Unlimited, Mr. Jerabeck was employed by Cellular One as the General Manager for the Rochester, NY MSA. Mr. Jerabeck spent eight years with AT&T in sales and sales management and attained the position of Regional District Manager for Buffalo, Rochester, and Eastern Canada.
David Shaffer
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Shaffer brings 15 years of telecommunications experience and five years of sales support to his position which has responsibility for Customer Care, Engineering, Network Operations, Provisioning, Billing, and Warehouse Operations. While previously employed at Global Crossing, David was the Director of Product Management and formerly Director of Operations for complex account implementation and provisioning. Immediately prior to joining GLOBALINX® in July 2007, Mr. Shaffer held the position of Senior Director Sales Operations for CooperVision, a global manufacturer of contact lenses. In this role he directed the efforts of the call center, sales compensation, and the customer records system. Working through the integrations of mergers and acquisitions at both Global Crossing and CooperVision provided invaluable experience in managing change and building organizations.
Mike Machonkin
Vice President of Sales and Marketing for GLOBALINX®
Mr. Machonkin has spent the last 17 years of his career in the telecommunications industry having held various sales and leadership roles. Mr. Machonkin has lead teams across various sales channels and functional areas making his background ideal for 5LINX®/GLOBALINX. Mr. Machonkin was hired as the General Manager of GLOBALINX® in November of 2005 and spearheaded the development and launch of their VoIP platform which included building out the network, operations, marketing, product and sales aspects of GLOBALINX. Mr. Machonkin now holds the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for GLOBALINX® to continue focusing on the company’s sales growth, product development and marketing initiatives. Mr. Machonkin’s leadership has helped the company to be recognized five consecutive years by Inc. 500 magazine as one of the fastest growing privately held companies achieving revenue growth of over 800% over the last five years. Mr. Machonkin has also played a vital role in the company’s recent acquisitions.
Sarah Graham Linares
Vice President of Revenue Assurance
As Vice President of Revenue Assurance, Sarah Graham Linares oversees carrier relations, monitoring margin and cost reduction programs. She is instrumental in revenue assurance, billing functions, and regulatory and carrier relations, driving the services that decrease costs and increase efficiencies for GLOBALINX® business customers nationwide. A seasoned professional with 25 years of telecom experience, Ms. Linares also leads the team that is responsible for GLOBALINX® customer bill analysis and 99% invoice accuracy. Prior to joining GLOBALINX®, Ms. Linares held various senior-level analyst positions with WCT Communications, RSL Communications and Countrywide Home Loans. Her technical and product development background give her a unique insight into opportunities in the rapidly changing telecom industry.
Cody Jenkins
Director of Agent Sales
Cody is a seasoned sales executive with experience in Channel Management at Global Crossing, Unisys, and Xerox. Additionally, he has broad experience in direct sales, direct sales management; call center management and Direct Response Marketing.
Cody has held various positions at Global Crossing including Vice President of Small Business/Channel Management, VP Global Wholesale Voice, and VP Margin Assurance, and was the Director of Direct Response Marketing at Unisys. At Global Crossing, Cody was heavily involved with the initial concept and development of the Partner Support Center with an emphasis on providing quick response time on bids, quick problem resolution, and a focus on providing timely and accurate partner compensation. Further focus was on growing existing relationships and adding specific targeted partners. He has most recently been the Sr. Wireless Sales Executive for Frontier Communications. Cody has over 25 years in Sales and Sales Management, with over 14 specifically in telecommunications.
Cody is an avid skier and motorcyclist and resides in Rochester, NY.
